1. How do I find out if the t-shirt has been shipped yet?
T-Shits will be shipped the week of September 24th. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
2. How do I know the status of my order is?
T-Shirt are shipped general mail therefore, parcel status is not available.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed up to September 6th, 2018. Please send your request to experts@lifesaving.ca
4. What is your return policy?
No refund or exchange. The T-Shirt is purchased as a promotional item in bulk according to the orders placed.
5. What methods of payment do you take for the shirts?
Credit Card: Visa, Master Card and American Express. On purchase must be done online at https://www.lifesaving.ca/
